Support Teachers: Without teachers, our schools are just fancy buildings. We must recruit and retain the best teachers to have the best schools.

Advanced Curriculum: Promote challenging academic programs that prepare students for college and careers.

Balanced Budgeting: Ensure we keep our promises under Prop AA and look at future budgetary needs when making financial decisions.

Stop Unnecessary Legal Spending: Spend less money on unnecessary litigation and more money supporting students in our classrooms.

Academic Freedom: Stop book bans and other extreme attempts to censor academic materials. Let teachers teach controversial subjects free from political interference.

Respect Teachers & Staff: Bargain with teachers and classified staff in good faith. Never abuse authority or try to fire them.

E-bike Safety: Work with cities to ensure safe routes to school and hold trainings with police departments for e-bikers.

Drug Free Campuses: Support our long-standing relationship with the San Dieguito Alliance for Drug Free Youth and support nicotine, drug, and alcohol-abuse education.

Digital Safety: Educate students on online safety, while helping them navigate the digital world responsibly.

Renewable Energy: Implement energy-efficient practices across school facilities and enroll the District in 100% renewable power programs with the overlapping cities.

Environmental Education: Support curriculum that address sustainability topics fostering environmental stewardship.

Waste Reduction: Promote recycling and waste reduction programs throughout the district.

Facility Upgrades: Advocate for the improvement and maintenance of athletic facilities across the district, including aquatic facilities.

Health and Wellness: Promote physical fitness and mental wellness as key components of student-athlete success.

Parental Involvement: Work with families to ensure all students receive the free, appropriate education they are entitled to by law.

Resource Allocation: Advocate for additional state funding so the District can right-size the special education program with the hiring of additional educators.

Cultural Competence: Support professional development for educators on diversity and inclusion best practices.

Equitable Resources: Ensure all students have equal access to educational resources and opportunities.

Inclusive Policies: Advocate for policies that promote diversity and protect all students from discrimination.
